Making Conversation with a Job Recruiter or Interviewer

The recruiter is standing in front of you. Or the recruiter is seated behind the desk. Or the recruiter is at lunch with you. The stuff of nightmares?

Are you graduating this year? Or perhaps trying to land a summer job or internship? Just a bit of interviewing and schmoozing stands between you and The Dream.
